How Volume-Based Pricing Works
Every junk removal job in Lawton is unique. A garage full of cardboard boxes takes up different space than a heavy sectional sofa. Because of this, we don't believe in generic "one size fits all" price lists. Instead, we use the industry-standard volume-based pricing model.
When we arrive, we look at the items you need removed and determine how much space they will occupy in the bed of our hauling truck. Our pricing tiers are broken down into fractions: a minimum load, 1/4 truck, 1/2 truck, 3/4 truck, and a full truck load.
What's Included in Your Quote?
- All Heavy Lifting & Labor: We do all the work. Whether it's in the attic, the backyard, or the basement.
- Transportation & Gas: Travel anywhere within our Lawton and Comanche County service area is included.
- Disposal & Recycling Fees: Landfill tipping fees and recycling facility costs are baked into the price.
- Post-Job Cleanup: We always sweep up the area after we finish loading the truck.
Factors That Can Affect Cost
While volume dictates the base price, a few variables might impact the final estimate:
Extremely Dense Materials
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and roofing shingles are priced by weight (bed load) rather than strict volume, as they max out the truck's weight capacity very quickly.
Surcharge Items
By law, items like tires, wet paint, and appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, AC units) require special processing and incur specific recycling surcharges at local facilities.
