1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or utilizing the services of Lawton Junk Removal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lawton Junk Removal provides professional junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services. We reserve the right to refuse service for items deemed hazardous, illegal to transport, or unsafe for our crew to handle.

3. Pricing and Estimates

Any estimates provided over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is based on the actual volume of the items in our truck and any applicable surcharges (e.g., heavy materials, appliance recycling fees). A firm, no-obligation price will be provided on-site prior to the commencement of loading.

4. Hazardous Materials

We strictly prohibit the loading of hazardous materials, including but not limited to wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, chemicals, biohazards, and asbestos. The customer agrees they will not include any such materials in the items to be removed.

5. Liability and Property Access

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the items designated for removal. While our crews exercise extreme caution to prevent property damage, Lawton Junk Removal is not liable for minor incidental damages (such as scuffs to paint) that occur during the removal of exceptionally large or awkward items.
